Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hey guys, it has been a while. Honestly there is a lot happening in my life. For those that are new on here I own a healthy meal prep business in Miami called Vesta's Kitchen. It is a dream come true, but certainly is a lot of work, but I have an incredible bussines consultant who is helping me to be more organize so here we are, making it happen.


These cookies are perfect when you are craving something sweet but you want to keep tracking of your calorie intake.


Ingredients:

1 egg (room temperature)

1/8 cup ghee (butter or coconut oil)

1/8 cup monk fruit (or your favorite sweetener)

2 tbsp cacao

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup chocolate chunks


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 355F.

  2. Mix wet ingredients together and add in dry ingredients until well combined.

  3. Incorporate chocolate chunks and create your cookies (your should have 8 cookies in total).

  4. Bake for 8min, top with flaky salt and let them cool down. Enjoy.✨
