2 INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE


Normally, right after dinner I crave sweet, so I make sure to have some healthy treats saved. These easy chocolate truffles are perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way.

Ingredients:

14 oz unsweetened coconut cream

255 g vegan sugar free chocolate chips


Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan boil coconut cream on a medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl add chocolate chips and pour in the coconut cream. Whisk all together until the chocolate chips are completely melted and well combined.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap paper and freeze for 1h.

  4. Remove from the freezer and scoop out 1 1/2 tbsp amounts and gently roll into balls. Enjoy immediately as is, or roll in cacao powder.

Note: Store covered in the refrigerator or in the freezer. Before eating let come close to room temperature for best texture.
