These pretzels are perfect as a source of carbs, they're made from oatmeal flour and as greek yogurt which is high in protein. They can be part of any of your main meals or snacks. Here is how to make them:


1 3/4 cup of gluten free oat flour

1 1/4 cup greek yogurt

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and then knead all up until it forms a shaggy dough.

  3. Cut the dough into 8 sections. Roll each one into a snake and twist it into the pretzel shape.

  4. Add your finished pretzels to a baking sheet with parchment paper and top them with a beaten egg using a pastry brush to help them get golden in the oven. Then sprinkle with salt or cinnamon and monk fruit.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min and broil for 2 min.
